Senior HR Advisor- Global Company

My client, a market leading publishing company based in central London, are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to cover a maternity leave for 12 months.

Reporting into the HR BP the Senior HR Advisor will be the first point of contact for any ER issues within the client group, responsible for advising line managers and senior stakeholders on HR policy and best way of working, New start inductions, and partnering with the HR shared service centre to deliver on recruitment, learning & development, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

The ideal candidate will also have experience working with a SAP system and strong excel skills.
