Your new role
Supported by a HR Manager, you will be providing guidance to line managers and employees around the full employee life-cycle. A true generalist post you will be leading on all ER case work, including disciplinary and grievance, recruitment and selection and employee development. With a planned new system implementation and policy review coming up in the next 12 months, you will also be able to get involved in project work.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is able to guide and influence line managers. You will need a solid knowledge of employment law, alongside a passion and empathy for people.
