An exciting new role is available within an ambitious Financial Services business based in the City. The business has recently restructured, rebranded and are now looking to become a leading player in the market they operate in.
They are now looking for a dynamic, forward thinking HR Manager that is strong in all aspects of generalist HR. The HR manager will work in a small yet highly commercial team and will help drive the business plan from a people perspective. The business is looking to grow substantially this year and the HR Manager will be a vital part of this business growth as well as numerous projects and initiatives the business/HR look to launch.
The HR Manager will make strong relationships with the business in order to guide, coach, influence and manage both senior level stakeholders and line managers with all people decisions. The HR Manager will be both strategic in helping the business achieve its goals and operational with all cyclical HR processes. The HRM will also manage a HR Assistant, helping to coach, mentor and develop them.
Financial Services experience is preferred for this role candidates that have worked in smaller HR functions in growing, dynamic businesses will also be considered. Also essential is a strong generalist background covering ER, compensation & benefits, MI analytics, recruitment, L&D, talent, succession planning, engagement, a good head for numbers and strong soft skills such as stakeholder management, relationship building, negotiation, mediation and commerciality. A good sense of humour and team ethic is also essential.
