Content creation

  • Proactive, creative flair for capturing compelling stories and content to share across a variety of platforms and media (e.g. social channels, careers site, job board partners)

  • Ability to produce flawlessly written English content in line with our employer tone of voice, from longer form articles and blogs to social media posts featuring colleagues from around the world

  • Creation and optimisation of video content globally, from arranging video shoots with both internal and external videographers, to question setting, colleague briefing all the way through to filming and editing post-production

  • Work with current external partners to co-create content to support our inclusion and diversity narrative

Social media management

  • Day-to-day management of global careers social media channels, (currently Facebook, Twitter and Glassdoor) which includes: creating a monthly social media calendar, scheduling and optimising content via Hootsuite, responding to candidate queries and active social listening

  • Collaborate seamlessly with Global Social Media team to ensure corporate channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram) are used effectively from an employer brand viewpoint and content is repurposed appropriately

  • Collaborate proactively with our Inclusion & Diversity team to input into content creation, so it is suitable for external promotion

External careers site

  • Review copy quarterly to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date

  • Work with our creative agency to understand how we can better optimise the careers site to provide a consumer-grade experience for our candidates

External employer brand guardian

  • Manage the employer brand collateral on Brand Central: educate colleagues about its presence and use, gather future requirements based on utilisation and feedback, see content iterations through to execution

  • Proactively monitor our brand presence and ensure that all external candidate touch points have a consistent look, feel and tone of voice

  • Ensure open dialogue is maintained with our Corporate Brand and Marketing team so that our external employer brand grows in line with our corporate brand

Project management

  • Support and collaborate on additional projects as and when required with the Global Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand Manager

  • Proactively take responsibility for elements of a project, using initiative and drive to get things done, on time

The Requirements

  • Proactive, collaborative, execution-driven attitude

  • Experience in managing multiple social media accounts for a global company

  • Flawless use of English (grammar, punctuation and spelling) for both written and spoken communication
