My client is large global FTSE 100 business based in Bedfordshire, and we are supporting them in hiring for a Senior Reward Manager on a 9 month FTC. The focus of this role will be to support the annual salary and bonus review and the day to day Reward Architecture and Benefits Strategy. You will be accountable for the development and integration of reward principles, policies and frameworks which includes internal governance and KPI's sharing and applying best practices
I am looking to speak with commercially minded reward professional who have previous experience and a broad understanding of Reward frameworks and compensation and benefits practices.
