I am working with a Global Private Equity firm in recruiting for a Reward and Analytics Specialist to join them on a rolling contract to support through year end and the salary review process as well other HR Analytics projects work.
Working alongside the broader HR team, this Reward Specialist role will involve supporting the salary and bonus review process, gender pay gap and compensation reporting. They are looking for a Reward Specialist who is highly analytical who can obtain meaningful outcomes from data. You will have a passion for numbers and analytics, will also be comfortable working at pace and being business facing. Any experience with carried interest schemes or deferred share schemes would also be advantageous.
