A temporary HR support role based in South Oxfordshire

Your new company

You will be joining a large research and development organisation for a period of 6-8 weeks. This could be something which is extended subject to business needs and performance. The location is accessible via public transport and also has lots of parking available.

Your new role

You will be supporting a busy HR function with a range of tasks varying from recruitment, being the main point of contact for internal and external queries, supporting with payroll and pensions duties by inputting accurate data into the system and anything else required to assist the team in running the HR function each day.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a HR function delivering tasks such as the above is required. This is initially a short term role which means you must be a quick learner who can hit the ground running as there limited time for training. You will be a team player who can work effectively in a team but who is able to get their head down and ensure your own work is completed to a high standard and within time frames needed.
