HR Advisor - Birmingham

Please note this is an urgent requirement and you will need to be available within a week of appointment for this role

Seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide HR advice and support assisting line managers and people on HR related policies and practices.

Role will include the following;

  • Provide line manager advice and guidance on HR related policies and practices and coaching them where necessary
  • Partner with line managers to manage employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy
  • Keep HR Business Partners updated with case work activity highlighting risks and issues

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Proven experience in managing cases through to conclusion
  • Able to demonstrate stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
  • Have good working knowledge of UK employment law, procedures and processes
  • Have a good generalist understanding across all core areas of HR - recruitment, reward, performance management, learning & development, talent management etc
