Your new role
The HR Services Lead will be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of the HR Transactional Services function working alongside an HR Administrator.
The position will report into the Head of HR and in addition to the HR Services function. The wider HR team consists of two HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, Fleet and Health & Safety. Together as a team of 12 people, you will work collaboratively and flexibly and meet on a regular basis. HR operates as a facilitative and supportive function which is fully integrated into the business and offers an in-depth, consultative methodology with a high level of customer services excellence.
You will be accountable for the accurate processing of paperwork relating to the whole employee life cycle and maintenance of HR records for a 850+ workforce. These include process of management/changes, producing HR reports and responding to telephone and email queries from both employees and line managers.
