A global commercial real estate firm is looking for an HR Advisor to join their team.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Provide day to day HR support to employees and managers

  • Provide advisory support

  • Employee relation case work, including grievances, disciplinaries, TUPE and mediation

  • Advise and coach line managers

  • Process leaver information

  • Play a key part on the service line operations and executive boards

  • Own recruitment procedure within the service line

  • Ad hoc projects and duties as and when required

This person will be:

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills

  • Have minimum 2 years working in HR

  • Have experience working with HR databases

  • Be educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Be confident and assertive
