Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a FTSE 250 FinTech firm and are supporting them with their search for a Reward Manager.
Reporting into the Reward Director, you will be working on a global basis and have responsibilities including:
Building out reward processes, designing reward policy and ensuring consistency with salaries and bonuses across the board
Running the salary review and year end processes
Supporting with drafting papers for Remco
Providing benchmarking for roles across the business
We are looking for someone with a strong background in reward, who has worked on an international basis and someone who is used to working in a changing and developing environment.
