Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a FTSE 250 FinTech firm and are supporting them with their search for a Reward Manager.

Reporting into the Reward Director, you will be working on a global basis and have responsibilities including:

  • Building out reward processes, designing reward policy and ensuring consistency with salaries and bonuses across the board

  • Running the salary review and year end processes

  • Supporting with drafting papers for Remco

  • Providing benchmarking for roles across the business

We are looking for someone with a strong background in reward, who has worked on an international basis and someone who is used to working in a changing and developing environment.
