A Central London based law firm are looking for an HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of HR, this HR Manager role will be responsible for:

  • Proactively developing effective working relationships with partners, business services heads and line managers and providing them with advice, coaching and support on all employee issues

  • Developing, implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures and systems

  • Leading and developing projects to support HR and wider firm strategies

  • Dealing with all HR related matters for Business Services

  • Monitoring client group absence levels for Fee Earners, analysing trends, highlighting issues and concerns against the Firms policy and making recommendations

  • Formulating wellbeing strategy

  • Identifying wellbeing training needs and liaising with L&D

  • Supporting Head of HR with annual salary reviews

  • Processing Gender Pay Gap Statistics and reporting

  • Processing Diversity statistics

  • Overall responsibility for apprentices and apprenticeship programme

  • Working closely with Head of HR to develop and implement D&I strategies

As the HR Manager you will possess:

  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience

  • Proven relationship management skills

  • Strong levels of discretion and team player

  • Strong MS Office skills

  • Strong communication skills
