A law firm based in South-West London is looking for an HR Advisor to join their team.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working closely with relevant HR team members to resource a range of roles

  • Involved in all aspects of recruitment

  • Liaising with agencies and working with the HR team to ensure effective onboarding of new starters

  • Assisting with employee relations alongside the relevant HR Manager

  • Contributing to the implementation of the firm's L&D strategy

  • Keep up to date with employment legislation changes

  • Conducting exit interviews as appropriate

This person will:

  • Have at least 2 years' in a generalist HR role

  • Have experience within professional services - ideally legal

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Be bright and commercially focused

  • Experience of graduate recruitment is highly desirable

  • Be proactive and a team player
