A global investment bank is looking for a contractor for an initial 6 month period to support the recruiting team in the London office. Reporting to the Director of International Recruitment, the Recruiter will support EMEA and Asia office hiring needs at all levels but predominantly across tech and non tech hiring needs. This individual will build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and candidates, as well as manage and execute all recruiting requisitions.
The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the entire recruitment life cycle including customer management, sourcing, recruitment, interview management, and closing of the deal. The Recruiter handles recruitment across all divisions and at all levels generally through to Senior Director. The individual will also be expected to have a high proficiency level with the tools and applications we use to support our efforts and to take a significant role in helping to develop and bring creativity and ideas in potential new capabilities in the recruitment process.
Work directly with hiring managers to understand business, develop recruiting strategies, attract top quality candidates, manage interviewing process, select candidates, drive offer/negotiation process, and solidify start date and on-boarding process.
Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, negotiating offers and new employee on boarding that is consistent with overall global recruiting standards
Source passive and active talent using all search methodologies including networking and active data mining to build up a pool of viable talent and generate direct sourced hires
Proactive in developing sourcing strategy to identify and build relationships with passive candidates within niche or specialized skill sets
Provide general market intelligence and research on our competitors to divisions and regularly communicate information as value-added service.
Track all recruiting data through Workday and participate in department activities and initiatives.
Collaborate with the wider Recruiting Team members on various talent acquisition topics to continually support evolving business needs (e.g. retention, process improvement)
Developing and executing search strategies including talent mapping and the pipe -lining of passive candidates within the tech industry
Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to ensure all HR related services are being met as well as interact to share pertinent business information to show unity and seamless delivery to divisions.
