This role is a broad HR position which will be involved in various transformation projects that the organisation is currently going through. You should be happy working in all HR areas including TUPE, talent, L&D and performance management.
Our client are a leading UK financial services organisation and this role will be Birmingham based.
Responsibilities will include:
Working closely with SLT to develop and influence the people plan
Contribute and develop the overall people plan
Work on employee engagement, org development, reorg, talent management and L&D
Support other hr departments, ie Reward
Support with the performance and benefits annually
You should be an experience HR professional with a strong generalist background. Ideally you will have worked in financial services or an industry similar. Due to business developments you will have experience in TUPE and be prepared to work from a strategic level but be hands on with operational/implementation too.
