Oakleaf Partnership are working with a professional services client recruiting for a Talent, Reward and Mobility Manager based in the West end.
Operating as part of a group function, the Reward Manager will be responsible for working with each division of the firm in an advisory capacity and creating consistency. Key responsibilities will include:
Creating a firm wide career development framework and program including leadership development, career paths and resources to ensure future succession pipeline and stability
Developing consistency across the firms reward and benefits principles and structures
Defining mobility programmes to facilitate the movement of talent across each business
Building strong relationships with each of the key stakeholders; acting as one of the "go to" employees for group-wide talent and reward matters
Strong stakeholder management skills
Extensive experience working in reward, ideally in an in-house capacity
Previous experience with preparing RemCo documentation
Knowledge of developing and implementing job architectures
Strong analytical skills
Tenacious with strong attention to detail
