Oakleaf Partnership are working with the Big 4 in their search for a Pensions Executive to join their busy in house team.
This individual will be ensuring the management of the Trustee Board which oversee one of the firms legacy schemes. The roles responsibilities are as follows:
Ensure that all governance, control and risk management requirements are met
Management of meetings such as ensureing timely and proper preparation
Supporting on pensions related projects throughout the year
Attending and supporting Trustee and sub-committee meetings
Primary point of contact for members and the wider HR function
Effectively monitor the Trustee budget
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Experience working as part of a pensions team
Experience with Trustee governance
Strong attention to detail
Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
Excellent analytical skills
