Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a well known insurance firm based in East Sussex. We are partnering in their search for a Reward Analyst to join their HR team.

Reporting into the Head of Reward, this busy reward team are looking to hire a conscientious reward analyst to assist with all reward delivery across the business.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Support the annual salary and bonus cycles

  • Manage the employee benefits - providing quality delivery, analysis and communications

  • Support on all reward related projects - reward initiatives

  • Provide analytical support on reward related matters and materials to support engagement with senior management

The role holder will have the following attributes:

  • Previous experience as a Reward Analyst

  • Previous experience using Workday

  • Advanced proficiency in excel (pivot tables and Vlookups essential, formula experience desirable)

  • Excellent communication, team working, organisational and interpersonal skills
