My client, a leading global healthcare organisation have an opportunity for a Senior Reward and Data Analyst to join their HR team in the growing London office.
As a Senior Reward and Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing analytical support to the business on a global basis
- Leading on reward activities, including year end, salary review, bonus reviews and benchmarking
- Working closely with the finance team to develop reporting and analytics
- Working on people analytics, providing recommendations and presenting to senior stakeholders
We are looking for someone who has worked within reward and has a strong background in HR analytics. You must have excellent Excel skills and be comfortable working with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
