Interim Reward Consultant

£400 - £600 per day
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a complex travel organisation based in Oxfordshire. They are looking for an Interim Reward Consultant to work closely with the Director of People to support the HR transformation from a reward perspective.
This role will lead on key projects such as moving to value based reward system, implementing a pension increase and a job grade restructure across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic reward professional to join and help shape and deliver the reward framework.
The successful candidate will have
In depth international reward management experience with strong customer focus; in multi-disciplinary, matrix and cross-cultural settings.
Track-record of leading planning process with excellent organisational and collaboration skills
Well-developed technical reward experience in all reward areas including base pay, variable pay and benefits
Skilled in effective communication of reward policies and procedures to various different stakeholders
Coaching and collaboration skills to interact with all levels of personnel to achieve shared goals.
Proven ability to influence, challenge and engage diverse senior stakeholders.
