A Financial Services organisation based in the City, is currently looking for a Reward Manager to join them on a permanent basis in a newly created role.
Reporting into the Head of Reward, the Reward Manager will take ownership of two business areas and be the "go to" for all compensation matters. Key responsibilities:
Own and improve the year end compensation process for two key business areas
Partner directly with the business, building strong relationships
Manage the firms share schemes
Work closely with third party providers
Lead on compensation projects
Experience running a year end compensation process, ideally within a financial services reward function
Strong understanding of share schemes
Understanding of remuneration regulations affecting the UK Asset Management market
Confident user of excel
Excellent stakeholder management skills
