Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global Pharmaceutical brand based in Surrey recruiting for an Senior Reward Manager for their EMEA regions.
You will be joining a small but growing reward function working as part of a global team, with the responsibility of supporting the execution of the reward strategy across the EMEA regions. You will be reporting into and partnering closely with the Director of Reward EMEA, whilst also acting as an internal reward expert for the EMEA regions. You will be fully aware of the idiosyncrasies within these regions and ideally have solid experience of working with European work councils.
You will also be responsible for leading on year end compensation matters across the regions as well as support the Director with Policy and Design work. The ideal candidate will also have vast job evaluation experience as well as be comfortable with data manipulation and handling large data sets, as well as leading on European project work such as the gender pay gap report.
