I am working with a leading charity based in South East London who are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. This National charity provides support for veterans and their families.
The ER advisor will be responsible for all aspects of Employee relations including but not limited to:
Managing ER queries and cases, ensuring all details, documentation and resolutions are accurately recorded and providing regular updates to people managers and HR Relationship Manager
Establish and deliver coaching and training where necessary for both formal and informal meetings
Contribute to changes regarding relevant policies, procedures and frameworks to ensure best practice, reflects current legislation and case law
Travel may be required within a designated region
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering specialist ER advice and support across a range of ER issues. Previous experience in a similar role within the Third sector or Care Sector Services would be desirable.
