A great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition specialist to work for a Global Company based in North London. We're looking for an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition Partner to join an established HR team who support a large client group globally.
Responsibilities - Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner for EMEA you will be responsible for the following:
Building and promoting the clients global brand to attract high quality talent.
Hiring talent across EMEA, for a broad range of roles and at a variety of levels.
Working directly with Senior Managers to define requirements and process and provide insight and coaching on innovative and best recruiting practise.
Managing a full cycle interview process from sourcing to screening to coordinating interviews to closing candidates.
Work on strategic projects within the talent acquisition team team that have company-wide impact including improving interview processes, increasing diversity of candidate pipelines and helping develop the skills of the recruiting team.
