Key Skills sought:

  • Solid continuous experience as a Payroll Lead, Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager
  • Be experienced as a people manager, including hiring, development, support and training
  • Extensive knowledge of UK PAYE and NIC legislation
  • Knowledge of Expatriate/ International Payroll practices

Advantageous - SAP Payroll experience

Soft skills

  • Used to a fast paced and demanding environment including problem solving and muti-tasking
  • Highly organised, with excellent communication skills
  • Confident with senior level stakeholder liaison

Key role responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of 5 Payroll professionals to deliver accurate and timely Payroll services
  • Act as a single point of escalation for client queries aswell as general client questions
  • Develop and maintain relationships key internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Develop influential relationships and networks of contacts within the global Payroll
  • Supporting the Payroll Lead when required
