A leading financial services business in the city currently have an exciting Talent Acquisition Specialist role available.
Through effective direct recruitment and management of vendors, this role will fill open business requirements as well as creating a candidate pipeline for future openings! Duties will include: drafting advertisements, sourcing, interviewing, screening and presenting potential candidates to hiring managers; following up with candidates and hiring managers; and additional projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; industry/experience can substitute for formal education
- Strong experience recruiting within Financial Services- onsite or in-house
- Detailed oriented and process driven
