Global Professional Services firm are looking to hire an HR Business Partner.
The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing HR direction to the infrastructure areas which and operate as a trusted advisor to the appropriate Functional Heads developing and implementing a strategy for all their people-related issues.
The HR Business Partner will act as a member of the functional management team and provide advice and direction on organisational issues, structure and strategy, giving leadership in the implementation of people policies and processes and working collaboratively with the Centres of Excellence to implement agreed people processes and solutions. They will work closely with the Functional Head to provide guidance and coaching on key people issues impacting the business.
As the successful applicant, the HR Business Partner will be able to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholder groups and have excellent influencing skills with the ability to provide an appropriate level of challenge.
