Oakleaf Partnership are working with an engineering company who have an opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join their reward team.
Reporting into the Head of Reward you will have a number of responsibilities including:
Supporting with year end processes, compensation and bonus reviews
Working on job evaluation, benchmarking and organisation design
Working closely with trade unions and communicating to the business
Assisting with benefits, dealing with brokers and acting as the point of contact for benefits
We are looking for someone who is experienced within compensation and ideally has worked within benefits. This role can be based out of Hertfordshire or Essex.
