Senior HR Administrator - Investment Management - Central London

Your new role
As a Senior HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing an effective HR service across all HR domains such as the Recruitment, Onboarding and Payroll processes. You will have the opportunity to support and communicate with the HR Business Partners as well as providing administrative support to the wider HR team. Your main responsibilities will include; coordinating all administration relating to starters, leavers and life events such as maternity and paternity leave, updating the firm's HR system, collating information on changes for the payroll team and calculating pro-rata holiday entitlements and assisting the HR Business Partners with Employee Relations matters. You will also lead and/ or contribute to HR projects and assist with the recruitment process.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will need experience with dealing with high volume transactions and administration, previous HR and payroll experience and the ability to deal with confidential matters with discretion. Furthermore, knowledge of MS Office, namely Word and Excel and strong organisational and time management skills are also desirable.
What you'll get in return
In return you'll receive a competitive £30,000-£35,000 salary, depending on experience. The company also offers an exceptional benefits package and discretionary bonus.
