Junior Business Partner responsibilities will range from supporting performance management, advising on employee relations issues, supporting on policy development, supporting change management initiatives, support organisational development and providing guidance on remuneration
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have gained your experience within Financial Services.
You could be a strong HR Advisor looking for a step up to Junior HR Business Partner
Must have ER experience and be CIPD and degree qualified
Highly numerate and confident user of Excel.
