Annapurna have partnered with a creative media company who are looking for a HR Manager to join the team.

The HR Manager will report to the HR Director and will work with the wider team to further develop the people strategy. They will manage a team of HR generalists.

They will have strong communication skills and will have experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and support managers on all people issues
  • Develop the people strategy according to the needs of the business
  • Learning & development
  • Training
  • Manage and escalated any complex ER issues
  • Implement new Policies and Procedures
  • Get involved in ad-hoc projects

Expectations:

  • Experience at HR business Partner/HR Manager level in a creative/media company in the UK
  • Experience in managing a HR team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong team player with a sense of humour
