Annapurna have partnered with a creative media company who are looking for a HR Manager to join the team.
The HR Manager will report to the HR Director and will work with the wider team to further develop the people strategy. They will manage a team of HR generalists.
They will have strong communication skills and will have experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Coach and support managers on all people issues
- Develop the people strategy according to the needs of the business
- Learning & development
- Manage and escalated any complex ER issues
- Implement new Policies and Procedures
- Get involved in ad-hoc projects
- Experience at HR business Partner/HR Manager level in a creative/media company in the UK
- Experience in managing a HR team
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team player with a sense of humour
