EMEA HR Manager

I have recently partnered with an internationally recognised professional services firm who are looking to hire a newly-created HR Manager role. Sitting within the part of their business that specialises in digital architecture and IT solutions, you will be leading on all HR initiatives and their people strategy.

The business has some incredibly exciting growth plans and, with the help of a specialist recruiter, you will be playing a key part in taking the company into its next phase.

Reporting into an Operations Director, your responsibilities will include: building and growing best-practice HR processes, managing the performance and promotion process for consultants and line-management of a specialist Staffing Manager. You will be the 'go-to person' for around 100 employees (although they are growing!) so an approachable and willing personality will help accelerate this person forward.

This is a generalist role and, because the position and the firm are still in their infancy, there is huge opportunity to make this your own. You will be surrounded by experienced consultants who are hugely passionate about their field so an interest and experience within the technology space would be highly beneficial.

Interviews for this role will likely be taking place during wc 9th June although there is flexibility. The salary offered is between £75,000-£85,000 (depending on experience) plus an attractive and competitive benefits package.
