Role: HR Business Partner - Berlin
Location: Berlin, Germany
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000
My client are a leading technology gaming business who are looking for an experienced HRBP to join them in their Berlin office. You must speak fluent business German and happily be based in Berlin full-time. Although you will solely responsible for the Berlin client group, you will have the support of a global HR team to work closely with and report directly into the Senior HR Director.
You will lead in driving people programmes in relation to talent development, employee engagement, performance management, OD, D&I and culture. Experience in a HRBP role and supporting a German based client group is a must, with a strong understanding of employment law.
Other duties will include;
Working closely with Managers across the business when it comes to performance management, workforce planning and employee engagement
Working closely with the Centre of Excellance to resolve complex ER cases through agile and innovative thinking
Drive organisational development, change, engagement and talent identification
Use your knowledge of local labour law to advise and coach managers
It is vital you have the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced and creative environment, as well as a data-driven business. You will be able to use data to make best practice decisions with and future plans.
Fluency in business English and German (written and spoken) is essential.
