I am working with a leading Retailer who have a great opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join their Tech division on a permanent basis. This role is based in their Head Office and has strong focus on InfoSec.
This role will suit a pro-active recruiter from an agency or in-house background with experience of working within high volume positions and has strong stakeholder management.
You will be responsible for:
Attracting and hiring great talent for the brand, with a focus on InfoSec and the wider Tech space
Successfully deliver large scale recruitment activity projects in aggressive timeframes
Build excellent relationships with the hiring managers to fully understand their requirements and provide excellent end to end service
Define and promote a positive Employer Branding through networking, social media, events and other means
You will need:
An experienced 360 recruiter with the ability to influence and consult at all stages of the process
To have at least 3-5 years within tech/security recruitment (ideally covering roles in InfoSec)
Excellent professional media skills and proficient in using platforms such as LinkedIn and various job boards to identify great talent
Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring all stakeholders and hiring managers are kept well informed of project process
This role will suit an experience in-house recruiter looking to join a leading Tech recruitment team or a passionate agency recruiter looking for their first in-house role.
