HR Analytics, VP

Oakleaf are working with a leading global Financial Services organisation to support the Reporting and governance team on a permanent basis. This role will be supporting the team in the provision of people data reporting, data solutions and process improvement.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Understand and develop the data and reporting needs of the business

  • Consult on analytical strategy, helping solve complex data and process problems - maintaining a focus on scalable solutions and efficiency

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business

  • Commit to the continued improvement of the HR system (Workday) for reporting purposes

  • Train individuals on self-service HR reporting tools

  • Present and discuss analytical findings with senior stakeholders

The successful candidate will have advanced statistical analyses skills and knowledge of relevant softwares and experience of HR Analytics and Reporting. Further skills requirements are:

  • Ability to understand, manipulate and present complex data

  • Advanced statistical analyses skills

  • Proven project management experience

  • Experience of HR reporting and data visualisation

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Effective communicator and ability to build relationships
