Oakleaf are working alongside a successful international retail who are looking for a HR Data Analyst to assist with their Reward activities and maintainance of their HR database for 2 to 3 months with a view to extend permanently.

As a HR Data Analyst you will be reporting into the HR Manager and your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Reward team with the annual salary and bonus review

  • Provide a main point of contact service for technical issues relating to the HR system (Workday)

  • Preparing quarterly reports on HR related activity, including Gender Pay Gap

  • Processing all HR department invoices and raising Purchase Orders

  • Assist with the preparation of the monthly payroll for UK and Ireland

The ideal candidate will:

  • Advanced ability using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines with limited supervision

  • Proven analytical skills

  • Experience using a HR System ideal but not essential

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Proven experience working as a motivated member of a team
