My client are looking for an experience Executive Hiring Manager to be part of the Talent Acquisition team and reporting into the Associate Director for Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for providing a seamless recruitment process attracting talent for leadership roles (Director level and above) across all 13 countries.
You will provide the highest level of service to ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. You must be a trusted advisor with external market insights and be able to create succession plans. You will build strong relationships with the Talent and HR Leadership team and be proactive in sourcing talent.
Partner with Senior leaders and HRBP's to understand business requirements
Provide expertise and guidance to HRBP's on all elements of executive recruitment
Establish ways of working with HRVP's to effectively manage the end-to-end executive hiring process
Support and coach hiring managers in selection decision making
Identify, utilize and build strong relationships with all recruiting partners.
Represent the employer brand, exceeding expectations and being cost effective.
Partner with Executive Reward team to understand the senior level compensation structures
Engage with International Mobility to ensure legislative requirements and costs associated with international relocation are managed effectively
Ensure there is a high touch candidate experience
Develop a sourcing strategy
Maintain data integrity
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leads on local initiatives and/or hiring needs
Juggle multiple priorities and projects
