A law firm based in Islington is looking for HR Coordinator to join them. The role requires the successful candidate to be hardworking, friendly and enjoy a demanding working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into and working closely with the COO

  • Dealing with all processes for recruitment such as placing job adverts, dealing with agencies, producing interview packs and arranging initial tests

  • Co-ordinating the induction process for new starters

  • General support in all day-to-day administrative tasks for recruitment, appraisals, benefits, training and internal processes

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years HR experience within professional services

  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards it

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of numerical accuracy

  • Attention to detail is key
