Leading organisation located in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire situated in the South of Cambridge, commutable from Suffolk, Essex and Hertfordshire. Is looking for a new HR Shared Services Coordinator to work in their busy HR team.
Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for employees across the organisation along with line managers who require assistance with a wide range of queries. In your new job role, you will provide first line support on policies along with preparation of offer letters, new starter packs, employment contracts and will be involved in running induction sessions and carrying out exit interviews. You will also enjoy assisting colleagues across the wider team with a variety of tasks including but not limited to reviewing internal processes, best practice, and implementing new strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in a high-volume HR team where you have dealt with both transactional and complex tasks. This is a busy role where no two days will be the same, you will work across a range of HR functions therefore this role will suit someone who has started their HR career but looking to gain generalist experience in a larger organisation and keen to progress your career within HR. You will be a strong communicator and be able to build effective and long-lasting relationships.
