Oakleaf are working alongside an international technology organisation based in Central London who are looking for a Benefits Administrator to assist with their Benefits projects or 4 months.

As a Benefits Administrator you will be reporting into the International Benefits Manager - your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with benefit renewals where possible - benchmarking/pulling together the information with guidance of your manager

  • Assist with the purchase requisition process for all 2020 benefits (through Workday)

  • Arrange and co-ordinate benefit days where suppliers visit the local offices

  • Assisting with drafting email communications to be sent to employees

The ideal candidate will:

  • Proven benefits experience, international exposure is a plus

  • Experience using Workday is a plus

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines with limited supervision
