HR Lead - Office Move

Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a large international charity who are looking to appoint HR Lead to manage the move of the London workforce between two office locations in London. The role holder will lead the people workstream for the office move due to complete in September 2020. You will work in a team of 3 and report into the HR Director.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide professional leadership in the area of People Change and Transition, ensuring change implications are understood and creating an overall people workstream plan

  • Manages regular reports on progress and tracking of roll out to the programme

  • Acts as a key advisor to London leaders and managers to coach, support and advise through the changes.

  • Manages dependencies and risk, ensuring that there is a link across the various workstreams

  • Identifies, analyses and prepares mitigation tactics for risk and resistance.

  • Establish close working relationships with the programme leadership team and workstream leads

  • Support the communications plan, managing the flow of information between people and other workstreams to ensure it is aligned and integrated.

  • Create clarity for the People Workstream and the wider programme in which it sits to ensure defined objectives are realized

To be successful for this position you should have experience of leading people aspects of office/building moves. You should have experience of change impact assessment and of communicating change effectively across an organisation.
