Your new company
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR administrator to join an organisation that has real mission and purpose. They provide vital in-home support services to people across Wales and the HR team supports this mission by ensuring that their employees are supported and managed throughout their careers with the organisation.

Your new role
You will be a general administration support to the HR team, this will involve ensuring that, employee files are maintained and accurate, interviews are coordinated, meetings with employees are managed accurately, minutes are taken at for confidential employee relations meetings, ad-hoc cover for other areas of office administration and all-round go-to support for the HR team.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have some administration experience within a HR, recruitment or training environment. You'll have close attention to detail, strong computer skills, excellent organisational skills and be adept at managing multiple priorities.

What you'll get in return
This is a 6 month fixed term opportunity with the future prospect of going permanent. you'll get excellent annual leave allowance (27 days + bank hols).
