Your new company
This role is within a fast paced Digital agency, that are looking to bring on a new People Assistant into their existing team during an exciting period of change for them. This role will be based in the City, in their impressive offices, and is looking for somebody to start as soon as possible.
Your new role
In this role you will be acting as the go to POC for internal stakeholders across all areas of the human resource function. You will be responsible for areas including Recruitment, L&D, payroll and bens, ER, and general HR admin, such as contracts, onboarding, employment law. You will also get the opportunity to be involved in ad hoc HR projects, on a case by case basis.
What you'll need to succeed
- To be successful in this role, you must have had minimum of a years experience in a similar People based role, ideally from within the Digital or Media industry.
- You will need excellent organisation skills, be comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic environment and be keen to progress your career to the next level.
- You must be familiar with Microsoft Office as an operating system, and generally computer savvy. It would also be beneficial to have an understanding of UK employment law, as well as a CIPD qualification (preferred).
