Benefits Manager

Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a leading UK brand in the search for a Benefits Manager to join their Reward team.

Reporting into the Reward Director you will have a number of responsibilities including:

  • Managing external relationships with benefits suppliers

  • Making recommendations to the business surrounding implementing new benefits and any changes to benefits, processes and strategy that need to be made

  • Providing communication and updates to the business surrounding benefits and pensions

  • Supporting with the management of the pension scheme

We are looking for someone who has the full breadth of benefits experience especially within areas including risk and insurance. You will have experience working within pensions and ideally have worked with unions.
