Oakleaf are proud to be working one of the UK's most reputable retail brands based in London, who are currently looking to recruit for a Part Time Learning and Development Consultant. This role will specifically sit within the Food Business Unit, working 3-4 days per week as part of a job share.
This is a superb opportunity to join a growing business, recognised worldwide, were you will play a vital role in driving the Food business performance through the development of our people. This is a fast paced and stimulating environment which requires individuals with similar sector experience, or at least exposure to end to end supply chain principles.
Day to day you will:
Design and Delivery - lead the scoping, design, development and delivery for all training modules in accordance with their Food Academy and internal models.
Deliver innovative leadership development initiatives - working 1:1 with senior leadership but also in large groups.
Partner with senior leadership - forging strong relationships within the business unit to ensure all materials are relevant and up to date. You will also be working closely with them to plan ahead for any future training needs, gaps or opportunities.
Partner with Directors to implement the L&D strategy and plan, focusing on both local and pan-organisation learning needs
Lead internal and external projects where appropriate to produce relevant learning solutions.
Develop and roll out their e-learning management plan
Lead L&D budget management including 2019/20 budget setting/ allocation

You will ideally have experience within Food Retail industry with a passion for Food!
Knowledge of learning theories, frameworks, digital techniques, design, implementation and evaluation methods.
Experience around L&D analysis, design and facilitation skills
