An international Law firm are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. Reporting into the Recruitment Director, this role will be responsible for:

  • Promoting on campus in the UK

  • Working with the team to help manage the relationship between the firm and target universities, academics etc. wi9thin the student population

  • Reviewing all graduate applications, selecting those suitable for assessments days, resourcing and managing all assessment and selection processes to offer stage

  • Organising vacation schemes and making sure all paperwork is in place

  • Ensuring future trainees are kept regularly up to date with firm news

  • Reporting on graduate recruitment statistics

  • Monitoring competitors

  • Developing relationships with various marketing and publications to keep the firm in a competitive position

  • Assisting with Diversity, Immigration, Regulatory and other matters as needed

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will possess:

  • Strong education, ideally to degree level

  • 2 years' experience in Graduate Recruitment

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
