Regional HR Business Partner
Our Client is a FTSE 100 and a leader in its industry. Due to recent changes a role has become available for an experienced HR Business to cover a Field Based role covering East London.
The focus of the role will be to partner two divisional MDs and their business units providing an end to end Human Resource service. This support will help drive the business units to have the right people, with the right skills and capabilities and right performance priorities. Combined it will deliver high levels of performance and engagement. In addition, you will lead and be accountable for key projects which impact the wider business. You will also be responsible for the day to day operational delivery of the HR activities including effective case management delivery and proactive day to day guidance on employee related matters. You will also contribute to the development of the wider HR strategy and work closely with the team to ensure cohesive and coorindated services across the business.
We are looking for an experienced HR business partner who has worked with a multisite client base. You will have significant experience as a senior HR business partner in a large, high performing business and the ability to understand and interpret key business performance measures, good standard of financial literacy & analytical skills. You will also have a sound knowledge of employee relations issues/policies/procedures. You must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of organisational development, succession planning and talent management and have up to date knowledge of current and future employment legislation, sound knowledge and understanding of equality and diversity, able to lead a team.
