A UK law firm based in the City of London is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Assistant to join their team.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Respond all first line queries

  • Administer all arrangements for and attend law fair events across the country and other external recruitment events

  • Set up and manage vacancies on the online graduate recruitment system

  • Prepare all offer paperwork and liaise with attendees prior to scheme

  • Oversee all logistics involved to include room booking, catering requirements, training materials and IT

  • Assist with note-taking at appraisal meetings as required

This person will:

  • Have experience in an HR team

  • Ideally have experience in graduate recruitment, if not have an interest in this area

  • Have a professional and confident manner

  • Be highly organised and able to self-manage

  • Have experience in a legal firm or an interest in this area
