A global Accountancy firm are recruiting for an Early Careers Senior Administrator to join their team. This is a 12-month fixed term contract role and the role will have a focus on the on-boarding and retention of the firm's Early Careers/Trainee population. As the Early Careers Senior Administrator, duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Preparing events proposals

  • Attending site visits

  • Researching new venues

  • Understanding key stakeholder requirements

  • Organising and owning event logistics in detail

  • General events administration

  • Creating speaker briefs

  • Creating communications to new trainees

  • Keeping detailed budget and expenditure information

  • Assisting the Senior Manager with all other project work

As the Early Careers Senior Administrator, you will possess:

  • Experience in events planning

  • Confidence and motivation to find the gaps and ensure everything is covered

  • Strong and proactive attitude

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Experience using SharePoint
