A global Accountancy firm based in Central London are recruiting for a Professional Qualifications Advisor to join their team. Responsibilities of the Professional Qualifications Advisor will include:

  • Supporting Senior Manager with projects to achieve professional qualification strategy

  • Reviewing team brand and implementing improvements

  • Providing clear guidance and support to senior coordinators as they work to support apprentices and trainees within their SBUs

  • Supporting new joiner induction days

  • Monitoring and reporting on trainee progress to key stakeholders to support early intervention and exam success

  • Working with external training provide and institutes to ensure service levels are maintained at a high standard

  • Regularly communicating with stakeholders, undertaking webinars, presentations and PQ surgeries nationally

  • General query management, administrative support and data entry

  • Working with stakeholder to build relations and ensure timely communication of PQ activities

  • Institute training file analysis working with the team to communicate status and action

  • Ad hoc projects

As the Professional Qualifications Advisor, you will possess:

  • Previous experience of working in a further education environment

  • Experience with SharePoint systems

  • Strong proactive can do attitude

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and experience in collaborative working
